Consisting of the following modules:

- Creasing machine with frequency controlled and
chopped three-phase AC motor of the creasing tools,
with integrated suction type feeder,
creasing is done in 2 separately adjustable stations,
release by electronic proximity switches,
with computer controlled adjustment of the spine width of the cover,
creasing distance: 20 - 90 mm
creasing width: 6 - 12 mm
thickness of cover: 1 - 3,5 mm

- Insertion machine for fingerhole eyelets,
Punching of the hole and inserting of the eyelet with separate tools,
automatic feeding of the eyelets via a vibrating feeding device,
adapted to our fingerhole eyelets no. 281,
with hole and eyeleting tool,
with frequency controlled brake motor, whereby the machine can be switched on and off.
Position of the fingerhole eyelet: adjustable in the range from 150 mm, according to request by customer

- Twin head riveting machine for fixing ring metals,
with computer assisted adjustment of format and metal sizes,
10 servo axes,
programming direct at the machine by means of control screen,
with integrated program memory (approx. 150 different ring binder formats can be stored in the program memory and retrieved later), change-over time depending on format 2 – 4 min.
with frequency controlled and chopped three-phase AC motor drive,
machine control by General Electric,
adapted to one size of rivets with 4 mm shaft diameter, 6 – 8 mm head diameter,
infeed of rivets via a vibrating feeding device,
manual infeed of metals (ring metals by magnet lever from package),
with automatic separation and infeed by pusher pawls, pneumatic-mechanical,
control station for covers, metals and rivets,
fully automatic machine stop once a metal could not be fixed to the cover
and final control of ring binders

Creasing tools are driven via frequency-regulated brake motor,
the creasing is done in one station via moving the covers
by means of a pneumatic cylinder,
adjusment of creasing width via scale and fixed gauge

- width of creasing lines: 6 – 12 mm
- material thickness: 1 – 3,5 mm
- voltage: 3ph, 400V, 50 Hz.
- output: max. 30 – 35 cycles / min.
