Automatic pressing machine for edge protectors.
For medium to large batches

• With 5 axles driven by 5 servo motors with control unit
• For simultaneously pressing 2 edge protectors onto lever arch file covers
• With stamping and forming tool for the metal band
• Edge protector length adjustable via machine program
• Length of the short side: 35 mm
• Length of the long side: adjustable from 0 - 300 mm +/- 2 mm
• Format range:    
  • Length: 600 - 700 mm
  • Width:  175 - 365 mm
• Metal band thickness: 1.8 - 2.6 mm
• Maximum width: 7.0 mm
• Minimum width: 6.5 mm
• With stack chute, max. stack height 20 covers
• Motorised output onto conveyor belt
• Finished covers are stacked on the machine
• No. of covers per stack adjustable from 10 - 30
• Capacity:  approx. 1,100 lever arch file covers/hr.

• Tool for metal band thicknesses up to 3.0 mm
