Constantin Hang GmbH under new managment

Dear Madam, dear Sir,On 1st December 2010 all assets of Constantin Hang GmbH, Montage-Automations GmbH and Hang Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH have been acquired in form of an asset deal by the Constantin Hang Maschinen-Produktion GmbH. The necessary steps to change the name into Constantin Hang GmbH have already been taken.
Stockholders of Constantin Hang Maschinen-Produktion GmbH are the private investors Mr. Johannes Krauter, Dr. Ralph Mühleck and Mr. Constantin Hang.
Mr. Johannes Krauter is managing partner of Werner Krauter GmbH in Göppingen, a company which he leads in the second generation.
Dr. Ralph Mühleck, who is a management consultant for Liebich & Partner AG in Baden-Baden, is at the same time in the advisory board of several medium-sized businesses.
Mr. Constantin Hang, who is the grandson of the company’s founder, had retired 6 years ago from the company after many years as an active managing partner.
In view of the take-over, their ambition is to ensure to re-establish the company Hang as a reliable and economically successful partner for its customers. In this regard, the existing product lines, service areas and current trade activities shall be maintained without any restrictions and even clearly extended in the medium term.
The leadership will be taken over by Mr. Reiner Eisele who will be responsible for the domains sales and production and by the new commercial director Mr. Wolfgang Ströbele. With his experience of more than 20 years in this company, Mr. Reiner Eisele knows the company perfectly and therefore represents the continuity which the company needs in this situation with its history of over 140 years. Mr. Wolfgang Ströbele disposes of a long-term experience in the domain of leading medium-sized businesses.
In addition, from the board of partners, Dr. Ralph Mühleck will assist the new managing directors in the role of a plenipotentiary.
