If you are unsure about choosing the right rivet, we will be happy to assist you. Thanks to our many years of experience, we understand the strengths of the various types of rivets, such as solid rivets, semi-hollow rivets, self-piercing rivets and hollow rivets. We provide comprehensive advice on materials, dimensions and finishes to ensure the fastening solution is perfectly suited to your project.
On average, an operator-dependent hourly output of approximately 600 folders or ring binders is possible.
A production line can be upgraded at any time. The additional modules are manufactured in-house and installed and adapted into your existing line on site by our fitters.
All standard ring bindings can be processed on any machine. For lever mechanisms, various makes and dimensions are also possible; however, the machine can only be set up for a specific mechanism hole pattern. Each line can be adjusted manually or automatically to different formats. On lines with automatic adjustment, preset format ranges can even be selected automatically.
The lines can be converted from ring-bound to lever-bound mechanisms or to different format ranges. The maximum time required to change the mechanism and format is 45 minutes. If only the mechanism is changed or only the format is altered, the changeover time is reduced accordingly. If the line is equipped with automatic adjustment, the changeover takes just a few minutes.
Each line can be integrated with an upstream or downstream system.
A wide variety of materials can be processed on our production lines and systems. Binder covers, for example, can be made of PP, welded PVC, cardboard with or without lamination, etc.
A fully automatic production line becomes economically viable for an annual output of approximately 2 million folders or ring binders.
