Back to Single-riveting machines
162-22 / 162-21 / 162-01 – Rivet machine 162-22 with a wide range of applications
With the additional models 162-01 and 162-21
Suitable for processing semi-hollow rivets, solid rivets, hollow rivets, tubular rivets, double-point rivets and double-hollow rivets (feeding of the rivet cap); riveting machine for medium to large production runs
Benefits
- Reinforced design, robust welded construction
- Rivet feeder with motorised, rotating sorting hoppers
- Changing the type of rivet requires just a few simple steps thanks to quick-change elements
- Riveting pliers
- Riveting pressure can be adjusted by changing the height of the lower punch
- For pre-punched workpieces, positioning is achieved via the spring-loaded rivet pin of the lower die
- For workpieces that are not pre-punched, using stops or a targeting device
- Drive with brake motor
- Riveting force 16 or, optionally, 22 kN; for higher riveting forces up to a maximum of 40 kN, we recommend our model 162-21
- Working depth 350 mm; the 162-01 model is suitable for overhangs of up to 620 mm
- Activation is available either with a forward-mounted finger guard and an electric foot switch, or alternatively with a sighting device and foot lever, or via a two-hand control system

- Application of a pre-pressing force to the components via a rivet setter
- Process monitoring – force-displacement measurement with display and evaluation unit
- Rivet force limitation to compensate for thickness tolerances in workpieces (pressure compensation via disc springs)
- Level control in the rivet feed system for fill level monitoring
- Rivet feeder with electromagnetic sorting device
