The entry into the fully automatic manufacturing of lever arch files and ring binders has never been so simple as it is today. Because, our 600 series offers you almost limitless possibilities for an attractive price. Thanks to modular construction it can be adapted to meet new challenges at any time and grows as the requirements grow. A future-proof investment - that will quickly pay for itself.

Double riveting machine with frequency-controlled brake motor drive

- Independent cover transport via latch feed
- Rivet feeding via electromagnetic sorters
- For processing hollow rivets with 4 mm shaft diameter, length up to 19 mm, head diameter 6 - 8 or 8 -10 mm
- Automatic separation and feeding of the mechanisms by ratchet feed, pneumatic/mechanical
- Sensor controls at all filling levels (feeders, rivets, mechanisms, covers)
- Adjustment of rivet pitch with handwheel and Siko display
- Pitch adjustable from 52 - 300 mm
- Material thickness: 1.0 - 3.5 mm
- Format range:
- Cover height min. 120 mm, max. 360 mm,
- Cover width min. 320, max. 680 mm,
- for mechanics in the bottom cover max. 800 mm
- Format range adjustment with handwheel and scale
- Changeover time: approx. 30 - 45 min. for changeover of all adjustable parameters and correspondingly lower for changeover of individual adjustable parameters
- Capacity: max. 40 cycles/min. (depending on material)
